I with you on the eating part. I cannot stand it when people smack, chew or talk with mouth open, slurp drinks or eat carrots. Just someone eating too loudly or when they can't breathe while eating- makes me crazy. It probably shouldn't, but it does and I can't ignore it!

Did Fire 45/stretch yesterday. Today was Core 29/stretch. I always get so shaky after this HIIT. Must be a good thing. After this week I will have done this for 30 days. I just can't believe I am really doing this. Yay me! Determined to do all 90days and possibly beyond (probably) as scheduled.

HIIT15 and Tone 30 - uggh. Shaakyyy! I will feel this tomorrow but, it's all good. I can't not do this workout. I have thought ah I don't feel like it on occasion but, once I do it, it is such a high. I just love it. I am with you. I have been struggling the last few weeks to lose anything. I kill myself with my workouts but, I know I probably don't ear enough. Trying to work on that. I see so many people upping their calories and they find it helps them. Still am going to stick with this. I am determined.

I did Core 20 yesterday and 40 min stretch plus I used my new weighted vest that packs on 20 lbs. Used that with my walk not with the TF workouts....I can't imagine doing that with the TF workouts.
