My younger brother was on Welbutrin for his ADD and he lost a TON of weight. He was (still is) incredibly skinny but didn't want to eat ever. His doctor ended up switching meds on him because of the dramatic weight loss.

I love running outside, but it is harder. I find it much more fun to run outside then on a treadmill. With the treadmill I am always looking at the time/distance. Keep at it and it'll get easier.

Take her to a vet clinic and see if she is microchipped. Don't take her to a shelter (especially being a pit bull-they always seem to get the short end of the stick). Quit weighting yourself so much. Also, you need to watch your calories, fat, and sodium intake.

Get DVDs like P90X or Insanity and have your two year old do it with you or do it when they are napping. My son will sometimes do P90X with me and he loves it, granted he is 8 but he still loves it.

Don't exercise. Your body needs all the rest that it can get. Your lungs need a break, esp if you have Bronchitis. You aren't going to lose muscle mass in a week or two, that takes months. However, your body will tire quicker once you have recovered.

I hate to say it, but let him cry. If you don't get him into a good sleep routine you are going to be miserable and so will he, ie you both will be exhausted. Do you have someone that would go with you? I've been at the gym before at night and I was the only girl with about 5 guys...I know how you feel. I got on the treadmill and ran and ignored them. On a lighter note, my father in law signed off on the Prudhoe Bay project in the 80's.

If you are having all fruit smoothies, there is no problem-essentially it is the same as eating fruit. I am guessing the reason that "experts" say that smoothies are bad is most smoothie shops add ice cream to theirs. I sometimes add a little bit of plain non fat yogurt to mine, along with the fruit.

That sounds like it is a healthy weight loss. Loosing between 0.5-2lbs a week is healthy.
