My 2 NSV!
Just wanted to share with everyone my NSVs :) First-I had to throw away three pairs of undies because they were TOO BIG and keep falling down!!!! (I know TMI but it's true) Second-I fit into my bathing suit that was too small for me last year! IT FITS!!!!

Running Barefoot
Does anyone here run barefoot or with the Vibram 5 toed shoes? I bought some yesterday and ran 1/2 mile. My calves are KILLING me today. Any suggestions?
