im on week 3 day 2. I LOVE IT! just make sure you stick with it and do it 3x times a week! i do it sunday, tuesday, and friday. you'll be very impressed with your progress, im shocked i can run for 3 straight minutes now lol

a slice of banana on a slice of cucumber.. its amazingly delicious and refreshing. my dad eats mayo on bananas... apparently it was passed down from his mom, never understood it, never tried it, and it makes me gag just thinking about it.

right now i'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, which i'm doing everyday for the next 30 days. on top of that I'm also on week 3 of couch to 5k which is done 3x/week.
