Starting Over :(
i was on here in the summer and it was working great for me but then i got off track. it is so difficult for me to stick with things past a month or two. although i'm disappointed, i'm ready to start again!!! i need to get healthier!!! any advice or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated!

so on friday i will be on that very weird week 5 day 3 : running a full 20 minutes without stopping...im really not looking forward to it.:sad: mostly because i dont see how i can jump that quickly from 8 minutes to 20. i never ever ever was a runner before starting this program. was anyone else freaked out by this random…

anyone trying to lose weight for your wedding or one youre standing up in? how much do you want to lose and by when? im in two weddings in september so im really trying to kick my butt into gear...those pictures are FOREVER.

kinda freaking out.
so ive been losing weight at a great pace for the past 3ish weeks. ive been eating 5-6 small meals/snacks a day. im in week 3 of c25k. JUST yesterday i started 30 day shred (which i will be doing everyday), did nothing different with my eating at all and today im 2lbs heavier... whats going on? ahhhhh :sad:

is 30 day shred for men too?
Do guys do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred? Is it meant just for women or both? Any men out there that have used it? I bought the DVD and havent started it yet but was going to reccomend it to a guy friend cuz I've only heard good things about it, but wasnt sure.
