Do guys do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred? Is it meant just for women or both? Any men out there that have used it? I bought the DVD and havent started it yet but was going to reccomend it to a guy friend cuz I've only heard good things about it, but wasnt sure.

Exercise is exercise, the gender doesn't make a difference. But JM is definitely targeted towards women.

I do it and enjoy it! Granted only ever done the first part twice. I can never get into doing it for the duration as I do a lot of other exercise now.
Also toned and lost inches through it too.

I plan to do brazil buttlift. I naturally have the flattest *kitten* possible. Hank Hill style. I want at least a little curve to make sitting more comfortable. I plan to start it in August.

I think a guy could do 30DS, maybe just use heavier weights like 8 or 10lbs. It's all women in the video but it's moves that anyone can do. A lot of the moves are similar to what I've done in Insanity which is for both men and women.

Guys will have to use heavier weights.
    ESPECIALLY on the chest flies.

i think it would be super motivating... doing cardio AND getting to watch a screen full of great lookign women work out...

    win-win!

Hubby did it with me. He used 10lb weights. He stopped doing it with me because he took up running instead. Nice to know someone who doesn't run can just get up on a whim and run 3 miles in 30 minutes with no training while it takes me 30 minutes to walk/very slow jog 1.5miles doing c25k.

He lost a couple inches all around in the 5 days he did it with me.
