make chicken "fried rice" with it! add lots of veggies! or for a side i like sauteed spinach, onions, garlic and mix that in with the quinoa.

i disagree with those surgeries for what youre saying 100%. my friend has family members that are like the poster family for gastric bypass AND lapband (gaining weight back after GP so then they get the band). He has a member in their **20's*** whos gotten gastric bypass and now is getting the band cuz they gained weight…

leg throws, bicycle twists, and vertical leg crunches (the reach for the toes kind) are my favorite. you can youtube practically any exercise for an example. gotta love that youtube :wink:

its great! just do it and stick with it and you will feel amazing! and i think theres some sort of Jillian Michaels eating plan out there but i just do the work out.

i highly suggest taking your measurements. waist, hips, thighs, chest, neck and biceps. then check back every 2-4 weeks. it makes things more "visible" and you'll feel more motivated. also take an article of clothing that is snug and try it on periodically as the weeks go by. I find these two things really help you…

Jillian Michaels. I hear great things about practically all of them. I'm personally doing 30 Day Shred and I love it. I plan on going right into Ripped in 30 after. Just do the moves to the best of your ability (don't have to be perfect!!) and you will improve and definitely see results and just feel so great if you stick…

everyones bodies are so different and i personally have no idea what my ideal size would be, i guess im just gunna have to judge it as i go along. all i know is that i have an old size 8 dress in my closet that i found the other day from when i was younger and im actually pretty sure i DONT want to be able to ever fit into…
