what a great idea. Im getting a late start, but I'll try anyways. 8/1 55 min. Aerobics 8/7 30 min. aerobics & 30 min. walking at the park 8/8 30 min. aerobics & 45 min. walking/ jogging at the park That leaves me with 20 hrs. 50 min. to go in 23 days.
