My issue was my hips! Man they are tight! Really need to add yoga or something to my new routine. I'm running outside but I'm in Texas so it's not bad. I think it was in the 50s today.

Oh yay!! So glad so many are starting at the same time I am. Did W1D2 today. Took everything I had! I'm running "literally" on two hours of sleep today. Our two year old decided to just randomly be up all night. But did it!

Hi, I just joined this group today as well. I've been diagnosed as gluten intolerant as well. I had a test done at my doctor. I think being intolerant is a bit tricky because it's a good excuse to get off track, "Well, it's not like I"m allergic." Even though the intolerance still has some icky symptoms that present. Glad…

Oh I'll have to look into that Dirty Girl Mud Run mentioned above. There's a 5k in Arlington right around the time I'd be done with C25K I was considering.

I did my first day on Monday. I went with my 5 year old son (he rode his bike) and there was a lot of stopping, slowing down, and redirecting! But to have him with me was totally worth it! Distance was 1.73 miles at 17 min/mile

Today it's C25K W1D2.

I just started doing the C25K and I'm thinking 2 miles each time I do that so at 3 times a week that's 6 miles. Then on the other days I've starting walking about 2 miles as well so that should be another 8 a week. Hoping to add some biking in too with the fam but not going to count on that yet.
