Myfitnesspal recommended some crazy high number for me too. but you can change it to whatever you want. i moved it down to 1300 then down again to 1200

When I was in high school I would get up and go that early in the morning. Now I just don't have the energy in the morning. I am not a morning person at all!! If I had to get up that early every morning I would die! Has it helped you with your weight loss efforts?
