Can't seem to find an option for that, unfortunately :( But thank you to everyone else who's done it :)

I was with a Canadian on the weekend...and yes, she definitely seemed to do it better.

I know most people here lose 1-2lbs a week, so over 3 weeks that'd be around 4-5lbs, which means unless someone was eating an additional 14000-17000 calories above maintenance, totalling lets say upto 20,000 calories in a day, they certainly won't be undoing all their work. I like to have big Saturday nights and not care…

Evidence? Pfsh. I see articles, not studies. As for above^: "Confused as there is conflicting posts. Is the gms of protein per LBM or per overall bodyweight?" Per LBM seems to be the sufficient amount, from all studies and whatnot I've read. More can't hurt though

When I'm cutting, and plan on having a big night, I'll eat solely protein-based meals, low carb, low fat, throughout the day. i.e: 1. Egg white/ham omelette 2. tuna/salad 3. chicken/veggies 4. protein pancakes or other variations of above^ So, I'll eat around 1,200kcal of that, which still leaves around 1,400kcals of…

I just realised that 'normal' isn't by any means what I do. My food diary goes back 591 days without missing a meal or a morsel of food that entered my mouth... I think I need a break.

Never understood why so many people dislike them...love them myself.

My grandma's chocolate & berry trifle... Went through around 2kg of it over the last couple of days. Oops.

Red hair, yo.

Dang. Nice!

I had 3 bowls today...oops. Fattie, here I come.

'dat dere good find.

If you eat exactly what you do while doing IF, but spread it out normally so you eat whenever you want to eat, you'll get the same results.

About 12% :) Breaking the cut for a week at the moment, then back into it to get sub 10%

I believe I do. Just. I'm not denying his opinion at all; I'm considerably smaller than a lot of blokes out there. But I'm also 18 and have a long time to grow. Therefore I'm happy enough, and that's all that really matters in this little world we live in, isn't it? 10% is the goal, or near enough.

Thanks bruski, funny that you say that when all you can see in my picture is my torso, not even including my arms or legs. That being said, I'll be bulking for 9-10 months after I can get it down a little bit more; I know I'm not that large. It's not only for aesthetic reasons, it's also that I want to know I can get that…

Mm, thanks for putting it nicely that I'm f***ed in the head right now haha. I think I just needed some outsider input to make sure I'm on the right track, or some different opinions as to what might work best. Break and grind it is. Thanks SS.

Yeah, there seems to be a lot of hype to do with that, and everything I've ever read that's been backed up by science just scraps it out the window. I feel I've got enough to be content at the moment. Not saying I'm big by any means, but I've got enough that I'll have a solid foundation at 10. I've got a good frame and my…

Ah, I wouldn't call it unhealthy by any means, and I certainly don't need a trainer to keep me 'healthy'. As above said, it's not before you get below around 7% things get dodgy, and I don't plan on getting that low. Mondays = Triceps/Chest/Core Skipping as a warmup BB Bench press - 3 sets of 10 warmup, 3 sets of 8 working…

I like the way you think. From the looks of your pictures, you're doing an amazing job and it seems to be working well for you. Thanks for the link, and now begins the big task of reading yet another massive amount of information. Oh well, it's good for the brain and will be good for the body, too. Edit: Only problem with…

Haha, to put it bluntly I f***ing love it. Makes information that much more exciting. I'm curious to try it; however it sounds to me as if my daily intake will be somewhere in the likes of 2500-3000 5/7 days of the week, and 4,000+ on the other 2 days. Which puts me at about 1lb/week in excess. Just puts of me off, when…

Beauty, thanks!

Not always bud, depends on what type of tear you had, and what surgery. I had 2 months before I was allowed to start running. Even then, it hurt.

Really? Don't be a hypocrit. Looking at your diary from last Saturday, I see bourbon shots, ice cream, pie and 350 'quick added' calories. Wonder what they were from, eh? Nobody's perfect, keep it mostly on target, especially with your caloric intake and keeping your macros in check, and you'll have success.

Had the same thing 18 months ago and an arthroscope to fix it. Was out for a few months from anything extreme. Boxing is alright; just stand there and hit the bag, a lot. Try for 1 minute intervals of intense punching, then 1 minute of relaxed for 25-30 minutes. Swimming is also alright if you can get one of the 'peanuts'…

I'd say your middle number was about right. Map my run = nonsense. Got to keep in mind that the MFP number given doesn't account for the calories you would have burned normally from daily activity, but your HRM will.
