I try to buy bras with adjustable straps so that I can make the "droopy" side shorter. I tend to only carry my purse or shoulder bag on my high side. It's annoying!

What works for me: Walking! As much as it might be hurting when you go out, somehow I feel better when I get home. Start small and work up to longer distances.
