I wish there was a "Like" button like on Facebook! :) I'm most irritated by people who tell me that I don't need to lose any more weight. Really? What exactly are your qualifications to make that determination for me? My doctor, my trainer, and the BMI charts beg to differ...

I can't even stand the taste of egg yolks anymore. Blech. I add all the veggies I can find. A little feta and spinach is amazing.

I agree with Pilates. I took a Piloxing class once which was a combination of Pilates and Kickboxing. It was awesome. So, maybe Piloxing.

I'm in, too! I used to be able to hold a plank all day long...I'll be lucky to do 20 seconds now. I'm excited to get it back.

This is exactly why I quit Weight Watchers. The concept is good and I did lose a lot of weight. But, when I gained a couple of pounds from muscle, they acted like I had committed a crime. "oh...you're up this time. tsk tsk".

This is the one that I heard most, too. A "friend" said to me "people our age don't look good if we get too skinny". Seriously??

I did the same exact thing (lost 45 pounds then quit smoking cold turkey). I gained 4 pounds over a couple of weeks. I just kept doing what I was doing and it came back off after a few weeks. You'll be fine and good job with the quit!

I have the same problem. It's not a hunger thing, it's a boredom, habit thing. And for me, it's more than "snacking", it's more like grazing.
