What's your budget for one? I recently bought a polar one off amazon.com and I like it a lot. Seems to work pretty good. If you do go that route, check out all the models available on polars site, they are similarly priced and have various functions depending on your weight loss activity, one may appeal more than another.

Outside mine is a Grandy's and Chick-Fil-A. The first week I started to the gym, I felt like it was torture. Some days if i'm starving I think, wow, that smells good.

I don't my face, but I touch my hip bones and ribs all the time. It's weird to feel bones like this when I never have before. Also, when I sleep on my side, it hurts to have my knees together, I lost padding there apparently, so I have to seperate my legs when I sleep on the side. I LOVE these problems, haha!

I have the same problem. It seems like alcohol and food end up being such a social thing in and of itself. My week days are very structured and I don't deviate from them, weekends are not as structured and that's when I always have problems. Of course it doesn't help to have a partner suggesting fried chicken and burgers…
