I think Six Star's Elite Series Banana Creme is awesome, i'm going to try Cookies and Creme next. I'm ingrigued by Peanut Butter Marshmallow though! Biggest dissapointment was Gold Standards Vanilla....grosses stuff i've ever tried.

I agree with most of the others that mentioned walking. When I started I was 327, and 6'5" and doing anything more than walking was not realistic. After a month of walking 5-6 days a week as briskly as I could manage, I moved on to more intense cardio activities.

Yup, they actually found I had gallstones because of the liver sonogram and recommended I have the gall bladder out. He thought it might improve the liver enyzmes, but only exercise and dietary changes did that.

Normally they check the gall bladder and a few other organs routinely as part of the liver ultrasound.

Agree with both posters above, go for advice from your Dr first and foremost. It sounds like they are doing the right thing, having been through this scenario myself before.
