I know the last thing you want to hear is this, but you honestly look great. I am very critical of men's bodies, I mean being gay that's kinda what we do lol, but I can say honestly I don't see any. Now that i've said that, I will say that no one can make you like your body if you're unhappy with it. I get that part…

Hi, I'm Doug, and I really thought I replied to this, so if I did already I apologize. 1. Where were you born? Norman, Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER) 2. Where do you live at the moment? Grand Prairie, TX 3. Where else have you lived? Just these 2 places 4. What is your current occupation? What is your dream occupation? VP of…

I'll throw my hat in, but i'm not 40 til Saturday!

Wonderful story, very detailed explanation, thank you! Very motivational!

Good job on your choice to make a life changing direction. The best thing I can recommend is this site. The support and guidance along with the build in tools like tracking your food is the best help I've ever received. I started at 327 and I'm 6'5", and i'm down to 262. I want to lose about 40 more. The changes are…

I personally do weigh daily, but if you've got weight to lose it can be very hard mentally. I do it, because I want to understand how what I eat affects my weight loss and daily weights. I go into it, knowing there will be ups and downs, but over all if you're doing things right, it will go down (assuming weight loss is…

I suppose it's a definition thing. As someone who is large, I am 6'5" and even when I was a teenager and not obese, I was not skinny. With that being said, saying your big boned can be used as an excuse to be fat. Part of the mind game people play with themselves is having any excuse to justify their current condition. At…

LOL - amen to that!

LMAO!!! That is soooo true, and why is that?!

This was a great story, thanks for sharing. Definitely funny. I've not bought the spanx, because of the cost, but a british brand I like is Sub Sports, found it on Amazon.com. I do not have the body for compression obviously but as i've lost weight, and develped a bounce temporarily to certain parts, I decided I needed…

Thanks again for the answers, this is really helpful... 1) I am very interested in this topic, because everytime I lift weights (I do go to a gym btw) I lift whatever i'm targeting for that day until the muscle group is exhausted and jello. So, recently I've had to increase calories and protein because with the cardio I…

Ok i'll keep going. 1) What is your opinion on the topic of building muscle and losing weight. A lot of people say straight up, it's not possible, you can't lose weight and build muscle. The other side of this debate says only obese people can do it. I feel like based on my continuing loss and the muscle i'm seeing that it…

It's just really amazing, and a very power testament to what fitness can do. Nice V or obliques whatever they're called, haha.

Thats really awesome. I understand what you mean mentally. I have had a problem with occasional bouts of depression, and i've noticed that it has not happened as frequently as well. Additionally though I've found my brain being the biggest enemy in my transition. Like, I know i've lost 62 lbs, but there's something that…

Ok, kinda personal I guess, but here goes. As you lost weight, and went from your former self to your current hot self, what amazed you most about your transformation with your body? For instance, feeling my bones where I never did before, and watching certain areas of the body change are big motivators as I continue to…

amazing transformation, good job!!! Congrats on doing it at a relatively young age, instead of waiting until your older when it's slightly harder and when your skin can recover properly. You should be very proud of your accomplishment. You also provide outstanding motivation for us still in our own transformation!

No one has asked anything?!?! Oh this is just too tempting....let me think about it.

I totally get this, I'm 6'5" and when someone is taller it REALLY freaks me out. Pros: What others have said, I can weight a ton and not look as bad as others the same weight but shorter. A lot of people are attracted to tall guys. Cons: Clothes are hard to find, not hard to find wide enough but long enough. I have size 15…

I like to think I don't give anything up, however since starting to use the site, I have stopped eating white bread or actually most breads very much. I don't care for whole grain breads (aside from the tortillas) so that's a big one I've stopped due to the calorie value, and cookies....I <3 cookies!

amazing! Great job and you are truly inspiration to those of us losing!

I ain't heard no fat ladies singing, so don't count your pie before the butter has melted into the sugar and the crust is golden brown.

I have the Polar RS100 and like it a lot, not only does it interface with the gym equipment at the gym I go to, but I think it tracks the calories you burn more accurately during cardio since it takes into account all your personal info, instead of it being solely based on weight. I would say that if you go look at Polar's…
