If you are still losing weight, stick with your cheat day. Eventually you will have to stop, or jack up your cardio.

YEP...when I push my muscles, I am hongry the whole damn day, and usually end up eating a lot of chicken or steak.

Patience grasshopper. Big changes take time. Almost all of reach plateaus we can't bust through, or gain weight back, or don't lose as fast as we think we should, etc.

If you have the attitude that nothing will work, and that you are doomed to failure, you will fail. You had a minor setback, if you work at it, you will recover. I don't like that stupid thigh machine anyway...I don't think it does any good, and I feel silly using it.

It's normal to be messed up for a minute. At least make a deal with yourself to track your food intake, so you know what you are doing.

You're going to get SOME chalk taste with any protein powder. My favorite is optimum nutrition double choclate. It's at least the 6th different brand / flavor I've tried. There are less calories and more protein per scoop than the comptetion, so the slitly higher price is worth it, in my opinion.

You are on your way. Last year my first 30 mile ride took like 3.5 hours. Today I can knock it out in about 2 hours. After the first ride, i couldn't stand up and walk for an hour after the ride, then i cramped and was stiff for days. I rarely get cramps now. CONGRATULATIONS, stick with it, you will love it.

Too much protein made me constipated. I used to use the cheap *kitten* six star from walmart...that didnt help.

You have to make a change for life, not be on a 'hardcore diet'. Make small changes that you will hardly notice.

180 miles on my bike in May...with two more days left in the month.. I'm going to aim for 200 miles in June.

I bike ride a lot. My muscles have gotten a lot stronger in the past year, so i don't cramp as much. In the winter exposed skin seemed to make me cramp easier. So I covered up. Staying hydrated with water and gatorade helps too. My 40 mile long bike rides are two 20oz gatorade affairs.

I like the idea of putting glass tiles on the wall. I've lost no less than 60lbs of fat, and i have some semblance of a manly physique now...I love looking at myself in the mirror...this is all the motivation you are going to need.

I used to do 330am, now im doing 3AM, because I wasn't getting enought weight lifting in...after losing 60lbs of fat, I wanna get swoll. I wasn't making progress hittin chest once a week, so now it's 2x, with lots of cardio to get at the remamaing stubborn fat cells.
