What do you wear when you weigh yourself?
I was arguing with a guy at work the other week...he wears his shoes when measuring his height, so he also thinks it's normal to also weigh yourself fully clothed. I weigh myself in underwear/ t shirt / socks. I think I am doing it right.

FAVORITE DAY OF THE WEEK...SUNDAY-CHEST DAY
Everybody was using the benches on Monday, so over a year ago i changed my chest day to Early, early sunday...like 5AM...no one in the gym, the AC is turned off, so it's nice and warm...just me and the flat bench, incline bench and all the other chest machines....Now off to get a good nice sleep, and get everything ready…

Best GPS for Biking
I bought a Pyle Sports GPS off Amazon because it was the cheapest GPS they had. It is supposed to use some "sport tracks" software to download my ride data. It isn't very intuitive. I think I want tor replace it. What GPS do you recommend that has easy to use software for tracking my rides.

I've been going to the gym regularly since September 2011. It's the second December while I've been going to the gym. I remember the crowds in January through about the middle of February, but this year, It's already packed a week before Xmas. Has anyone noticed? What's going on?

Coke Zero Vs. Diet Coke

NSV...No longer Obese
YAY...215.1 is the weight at which someone my height is "obese". Today I woke up, and BAM 213.5lbs... By the way...in case anyone is wondering about not losing weight at the same rate every week...it seems like one week I lose 3lbs, the next 0.5 or zero, then 3 lbs the next week...not sure why..it just works out like that.

Anyone else use a kitchen scale?
I just bought mine yesterday. No more guessing. I ate 161g of pork for dinner...now off to weigh my raisins and nuts for lunchtime snacking! It's really not that big of a time consumer either...and you can get "cute" ones that go with your kitchen decor, if that is part of the decision making process.
