YAY...215.1 is the weight at which someone my height is "obese". Today I woke up, and BAM 213.5lbs...
By the way...in case anyone is wondering about not losing weight at the same rate every week...it seems like one week I lose 3lbs, the next 0.5 or zero, then 3 lbs the next week...not sure why..it just works out like that.

I am the same way more one week and the next week very little. Not complaining though as a loss is a loss, but it seem s strange how that works. I have also dropped from the obese to the overweigth category on the BMI scale.0

First congrats! I have a little mini victory dance when I left the "obese" group. As for the weight loss yo-yo, there are so many factors its hard to say just one. I think its just our bodies way to play tricks on our mind. lol Great job and keep up the good work!

Ok. I have to ask as I really don't know this. Is there a chart or some way to know when you're considered obese for your height? I figure I'm probably at that point (but I'm going to drop it off)? I just wondered if anyone has a general idea of how to determine where you fit the spectrum so I'll have an idea when I'm finally tipping toward healthier.0

Congratulations! I have a few more pounds to go before I join you.
Monica, go to the "tools" tab on the top of the page. Then click on the BMI calculator. It will give your weight and height. You just click calculate and the BMI chart will appear.0 -
