CHILL OUT. Someone eating 800 calories a day WILL NOT keep the weight off for a long time. This is a marathon not a sprint. Eat sensibly, exercise moderately, and make changes you can keep up forever.

Topo Chico Mineral water , available in glass bottles at WalMart...at least all the Walmarts in heavily latino Southern California. I love this stuff. When I'm feeling frisky, I add some lime slices. I pack two bottles in my lunch. I go through 20/24 a week.

Shoot for 12 lbs...a lb a week. You don't have to kill yourself, just walking for as long as you can, up to an hour a day will get you that 12 lbs, and won't wear you out, so that you will be motivated to continue with your weight loss.

I've lost quite a bit, but slowly...my skin has tightened up, no sagging.

Walking or riding a bike. I lost plenty of weight just by walking an hour at the local park. i got bored with it, though. You don't have to kill yourself for the exercise to make a difference.

HELL NO, it ain't bad. I always have two cups of coffee a half hour before my weight lifting days. On days I do cardio (usually the elliptical for me) I'm 1/2 asleep, with my eyes closed. But on weight lifting days, I want to be alert and awake and concentrating on my shyt.

The high ammount of carbs in good stuff like Bananas just isn't fair. I have no scientific proof, but I gotta believe 20g of carbs from a banana is better (somehow, someway) than 20g of carbs from ice cream or bread.
