  • Don't try to keep up with the regulars your first time and don't get discouraged because an hour long class will kick your butt. As a guy who jogs an hour everyday I figured it wouldn't that hard for me to jump in, but I was very mistaken.
  • I ate there like four days a week when I first started dieting, but its too overpriced and just not that tasty. You're better off making a sub at home or going to a deli. Most delis, even grocery store delis will make you an awesome built to order sub for less than a foot long at subway.
  • I've never looked at a plan or anything, but I've been jogging for a couple months now. Some tips: Use or get comfortable and supportive shoes. Try to jog or run at least five days a week so it becomes a habit. Push yourself, if you're not really sweaty by the end you didn't do it right. Lastly try to go a little further…
  • The only strange habit I have is that I eat extremely fast. I'll eat a big heavy dinner plate in under two minutes and sometimes I'll even eat standing up even if I'm not in a rush or anything.
  • I gained 3 pounds even though I exercised almost everyday and haven't eaten in excess. I'm actually really upset about it because I'm not sure how it happened.
