the idea can be applied to an individual person...u just have to say NO, No to the entire event, or NO to the food they try to cram down your throat. im not saying its possible to get everyone on board with this idea....but maybe this concept if applied properly by someone who really wants serious results like i have gotten will benifit from just saying "NO" (firmly and respectfully) to social eating events Results lost 44 lbs in 47 days

ive lost 44 lbs in less than 50 days and in the last 30 days on average i exercise away every calorie i eat, meaning i net 0 calories on average

strive for as many varietys of food as possible and still be under your calories goal...this will force you to eat very small portions which is what you/we should have been doing the whole time and we wouldnt be in this big/fat mess

i worked out for over 9 hours yesterday so that means i shattered your little 180 minute club by over three times in only just 24 hours and not 7 days....i need a real challenge like the 3500 minute a week club...that would be a challenge.
