If you try a crash diet it wont last forever. As soon as the diets over and you go back to normal eating all the weight will pile back on. Best to do a slow steady change that you can keep up for life. Much healthier than Yo-Yo dieting and after a few weeks it becomes second nature.

mine is usually just a cheat meal every so often, twice a month a most! I love it! I'd find it hard to justify a full day of junk to myself and may find it hard to bounce back from it so wont risk it xx

oh mine are completely shot, i think mines going to be one of the operation cases. Too fat to tell at the minute :laugh: but when i sit up i notice a huge bulge inbetween the muscles that isnt supposed to be there. Only time will tell for me but pretty sure mine are BAD! Not too fussed though, my body shows my life story…
