Again you generalize. What truth? There is more "truth" to what people are replying? Why? Because we won't give you the answers you want? If you eat at a deficit you *should* lose weight but there are many more variables involved for it to be that simple. Not everyone loses weight just by doing that and sometimes that could encourage people to start eating too little. Not saying your post is doing that. Just adding a little more. :)

Plain old Libby's Pumpkn puree! It's an excellent source of fiber. Add some cinnamon, nutmeg and rice or almond milk. Heat it up and eat it. Some may find it too bland but I love it. You can also add it to a green smoothie. There's also bran. Just 3/4 of a cup a day will help you out.

No muscle does not weight more than fat. It just takes up less space than fat. 1 pound of muscle and 1 pound of fat are both.....1 pound.

Yes. My gym is a Crossfit type small gym with WODs and we are all very supportive and encouraging of one another. Lots of friendship all around but total focus on getting the work done.

You can do running drills or interval training for speed. Best would be to work on running more distance. I think the more you practice the better you get at both.
