You deserve to be proud of your accomplishment. Keep it up! Love the comment on wanting to work out rather than having to.

Steady state cardio doesn't make me lose weight. A combination of HIIT and weight lifting got the fat dropping for me. I do run but it's more for enjoyment and relaxation rather than weight loss. Kudos to you for wanting to put in close to 100 miles of running a month! There are other ways to drop body fat though.

You may be hyperextending your wrists. When you throw yourself quickly into plank position, it is difficult to check whether your palms are stacking directly under your shoulders (like they should be) so the tendency is to hyperextend.

Such a difference! Keep it up. Maintain the discipline and the enthusiasm; you will get to goal.

You are a sweet and nurturing person. The world needs more compassionate people like you.

Being miserable is channeling energy in the wrong direction. Get excited instead! Find a plan that works and stick with it. You will be at goal weight before you know it.

So proud of you! Amazing accomplishment in such a short time. Keep it up.

5 or 6 sun salutations (yoga) in quick succession tend to warm me up before I go for a jog. I do static stretches after I run. Then I foam roll too.

What do I have to do to look like you ladies?
-
OK so can you fix the belly part too?

I do HIIT workouts twice a week and enjoy them. I think increasing your carb intake may have made the difference. How many grams of carbs were you consuming then and how many do you consume now?

You're an awesome role model for your children :-) Congratulations on your success and all the hard work you have put into to reclaiming your health and life back. Stick with it. Nothing feels as good as being healthy.

500 is great. My 5Ks give me a little less than a 300 burn.
-
Yes that's exactly it. I'm struggling with the last 10 lbs as well and I realize I need to be more precise than ever to get get there.

My experience has been no. One, or both, always ended up having feelings.

I was hovering around 130gr but in the last 2 months, I increased carbs and decreased protein to about 100gr.

This is all wise advice. Thank you. I did increase cardio quite a bit over the 3 months but now I will go back to lifting more and scaling back on cardio. I was doing mostly 20 minute HIIT or sprints for cardio then decided to do fitness classes people talk about at the gym. It did not give me the results I hoped to…

I'm 5'2" so not very tall. I'm not panicking at all. I'm interested in knowing how to increase my LBM. Hydrostatic BF% is probably the most accurate test available.

It wasn't safe for me. Too much weight caused me an injury I still deal with.

There is a term called "pairing." I think food addiction is actually the result of pairing. We associate certain emotions (or all emotions) with some type of food and as the behavior gets more and more consolidated, it gets harder to kick. But it can be changed.

Oh yay! I'm fine.

Beautiful

Congratulations! I would do this if I knew how to but I don't. I see the word "data" and my brain turns into sloppy mush.
-
I don't think so. As long as you are healthy and have energy, you're fine.

Start with walking on the treadmill and getting on the stationary bike. You don't have to go all out from day one. Please do consult your cardiologist though. Better safe than sorry. Congratulations on taking this big first step :)
