Looking good, I think peoples perception of a healthy weight have been skewed where someone overweight in most eyes can be seen as healthy/slim. Throw facts at them like BMI, Waist-to-Height Ratio and educate them to what you've done is extend your life!

Small warm up cardio. 5/10 minutes, then weights then cardio session afterwards. It works!

Clean bulking like you have said, aiming for 1lbs a week growth will help minimize the bulge but its going to happen im afraid!
