I don't have any advice, either, but I just ordered Insanity this morning so I'll be starting soon, too! Another thing you can try is taking pictures! Some people do every week, every few weeks, or I do every month. Numbers are great, but I always find it so motivating when you see progress pictures where not a lot of weight has been lost but you can really SEE such a difference in the pictures because of all the lost inches.…
