I think it's the stretch marks that killed me. My last c-section was 9/09, first 2/06. I just have this floppy hunk of skin hanging down and with the more weight I lose, it's just floppier! Oh, if I only had the money for a tummy tuck!!!

Today I had one, similar to the others. the girl (and I think she's lost and gained like 50 pounds) said: "You look great, haven't you lost like 100 pounds!?" I smiled and said "No, just 55" while silently to myself thinking, If I lost 100 pounds, I'd be 100 pounds! I would be considered dangerously underweight!

could it just be the heat? it has been crazy hot here in Nebraska for the past two weeks. One of the signs of heat exhaustion is muscle weakness (when you feel like you're running thru water). I would just think people should take it slower/easier when it's this hot.

Mine aren't that healthy, but I put seasoned salt, pepper, cheese and milk in mine. I have no measurements, just eyeball it. That part drives my hubby nuts, he hates trying to make my eggs!

Something I do with my kids to introduce them to new fruits and veggies is that I let/make them pick a new fruit we haven't had before so we can try it. Is it a half pound in a day or a week? I wouldn't worry about it too much. you just had a slow weight loss week. Keep plugging along. Maybe last week was a slow weight loss week for everyone... I didn't lose even a tenth of a pound last week. I held, but didn't lose either!

I know nothing about fitness, but that seems like a lot and you're going to burn yourself out. And depending on how big you are and your blood pressure, that all may not be good for you. Maybe run it by your doc before you start all of it.
