  • Not to scare you, but when I preggo with my first, that's what happened to me. I spotted and then nothing. I thought it was starting early, but didn't think a thing of it until nothing further happened. SO, that said, take a test. When I was younger and in college still and working, my stress would make my periods late.…
  • I also heard that they work, but you have to maintain it. It doesn't fix it in just a few applications. So you're spending $80 a month or however much it costs for a box of them for however long you want to look good.
  • I'm just commenting to see the replies. I had two c-sections and my gut (skin when i'm thinner) hangs over more than I care for.
  • 5'5" 178 pounds Size 14 is comfortable on me to slightly tight (depending on brand), when I was 5 pounds heavier, all my shorts were uncomfortable. I wear medium and large shirts. Medium fit with the current style, tight.
  • The NSV's are just as important as the scale victories!!!
  • They said that because they're just jealous and they CAN'T run that much without passing out and you CAN! Keep going! You're doing AMAZING!
  • Not me, but a ex-girlfriend of an old roommate of my husband. He was sleeping and she walks into his room, sits on his desk chair and urinates on his chair. while he was laying right there. Then, she gets up and goes back to bed like it was nothing. pretty sure she thought the chair was the toilet.
  • My ticker doesn't show it, but I lost 50 pounds a few years ago, then gained 30 back so I am back here again... That said. It was at about 20 pounds when I noticed the little bulges near my hips go down. But every 10 pounds, I went down a pants size and had to go to Goodwill to get new pants.
  • If you are taking anti-anxiety and sleep meds with the phentermine, you're making a crazy mix. You need to talk with your doc. I'm not sure the waking issue is from the phen. You know what it is, right? An amphetamine, prescription speed pretty much. I took it for 6 months. Lost about 50 pounds. And never had sleep issues.…
  • It took my dentist yelling at me for drinking it to stop. I still drink it when I go out to eat, but I don't keep it in the house. Maybe go down to one a day for a week or two and then none. If you have the self control to eat only at restaurants, then let yourself, like I do. If you drink iced coffee, work yourself into…
  • when you use a calculator to figure out how many pieces you can eat for the calories you're allowing yourself. I did this today for lunch.
  • "how to cut a pizza in sixes" DiGiorno pizzas!!!! I couldn't figure this out, so I had my engineer husband do it.
  • yogurt, a serving of almonds and an iced coffee kcup, or an apple
  • I used slim fast a LONG time ago. I felt it didn't fill me like I expected and was starving within an hour. Since then, I have never touched the stuff. I now drink a Special K protein shake if I need to (It fills me WAY longer than Slim Fast). But I am not doing that program either. But I keep a few shakes in the fridge…
  • 50% Polish, 25% German and 25% I have no idea. My dad never cared to ask his dad, but I'm told there is English (UK), and Norwegian in there; maybe some native American (dad's guess) but I have no idea what kind.
  • It's not awesomely delicious, but a Luna bar and a cup of coffee is pretty good! The only flavor I don't like is lemon.
  • Yes. Go to goodwill or any other second hand/consignment shop. If you are in a city, you'll have no problem finding pants that look good enough for work. Shirts that are decent are harder to find at those stores, but pants are always the most expensive anyway. And you'll shrink out of your shirts slower than your pants. My…
  • Tshirt and undies. I cannot sleep without my shoulders covered. I've tried a cami and I get too cold.
  • Best wishes. My sister's sister in law had mouth cancer at 25. She had a 1 year old daughter at the time. She put it off because e was pregnant/had a tiny baby and she was broker than broke. They gave her the same prognosis as you before the surgery. She was going to lose half her tongue, would likely need chemo and…
  • I had that too in the beginning. Just walking around my "block" (t was actually a couple city blocks, total of probably a half mile) at work during my breaks would cause it. I just powered through, can't remember how long it took for it to go away (maybe a couple weeks or a month), but it will go away.
  • My SIL did last year, it worked for her so far. she still had some decent withdrawal, but she had enough willpower to quit and still isn't smoking (I think).
  • you eat all your calories, even the ones you add for exercise.
  • that's what i figured. i'll make more of an effort to count better next time.

  • your BMR is only 1470!? that seems really low! Or is that without any activity at all and you're an active person, even slightly active? On here, my maintain suggested intake is around 1900. And you should definitely eat back your exercise calories! Ok, I just looked it up and mine is 1480. But that's just to exist, not to…
  • you have to count EVERY calorie and eat every calorie exercised off. Little bites of this and that here and there add up quickly! If you make your food diary public, that may help others help you.
  • My first was a surprise and second was planned. I've always wanted kids, ever since I was a teen. My friend had a baby when she was 16. Not the ideal life for her, but it was her life. I just love playing with babies, I'm definitely a baby person. My husband loves it when they're older and more able to play with them. But…
  • "You really do spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes an hour a day." to a co-worker/friend that got written up for talking on the phone and swears she doesn't talk on the phone that much. I tried to tell her once and she just yelled at me so I gave up talking to her and she got written up.
  • usually it's breakfast. I'm just so hungry that time of day. I but i spread it out without calling it lunch. I have a bowl of cereal about 6:30, then when I get to work at 8 I'm pretty hungry again and have some greek yogurt, then about an hour later I have a fiber one bar. It totals about 500-600 calories by that time.…
  • There's this one from Costco, it's Kirkland brand. I can't tell you the name, I don't have it right now, cinnamon something. but my husband and I joke it looks like rabbit food. It has walnuts, these pellet things, and all sorts of other yummy stuff in it. I don't know what it's imitating, but it's delicious and decently…
