Do you ever change your inputs?
I'm torn on whether I should change my ticker or not. I started in June 2010 at 207 and i'm now down to 160. I went hard core for 6 months and took a break this past January and February. I lost 47 pounds, gained some and am back down. Should I start my ticker over again or leave it be and make it look awesome?
