  • I agree but when I see be for and after pictures that makes me wanna push myself even more but when I read they only lost 15 pounds and there picture looks like they lost 40.....SMH yeah that don't match up.

  • My Aunt is a Breast cancer survivor & she also was on a diet and let me tell you, it wasn't easy for her but she did it. Am not sure what she was doing but I know she did the gym but for her eating, I have no clue. If she can do it you can do it. Nice to hear your a Breast cancer survivor.

  • Honestly most food can cause you to get bloated. I have the same problem and my doctor hold me to take hart burn med & beans.....lol Yes beans because they can help release the air in your stomach.....hahaha too funny

  • I drink them every other day & don't see a in packed but I do wonder if there really bad for you. I think they are but it's not going to stop me from drinking them, it either Monster or Starbucks...Yeah Monster....lol

  • I totally agree with you, most people who don't diet eat average 2,000 + calories a day, but when you set your goal on MFP, it then deduct to (depends this is a example) 1,500 so your already eating less from when you were befor you started dieting. Like she said above, they earn those extra calories & sometime they help…
  • My family got me a job with the Federal, but mostly my sister because were in the same title and work with each other. Working with the Federal, if you have relatives you get more chances on getting the job, it even ask you when you apply. Funny how most people got there job by someone they knew/know.

  • Same here girl, I was a DD and went to a C, I think I need to get checked again but I can so see it when I look in the mirror and my husband said the same thing too. I wish it was my stomach first....lol I love my boobies hahaha

  • I was wondering the same thing too, I have a BMR and I tested it with my exercise machine and it was way off, my exercise machine said I burn way more, but I was keeping track of my BMR and I notice it don't move (count anything) because it will stay at the same number for minuets but yet I've been on the machine working…
