I am 5' and I would love to get to 130 and be totally happy there. After that's it's all icing. I am 148 right now, lost 20 lbs and gained back 5. Have not been tracking food on MFP for a few months (probably why I gained the 5) and intend to get back to it starting today.

I'm in too!

Count me in! I have started it twice before but never finished it as I joined two different boot camps and was too exhausted after boot camp to do the shred. Actually I am starting boot camp again but this time boot camp is before work so I think I can fit in 20 minutes after work. I really want to see this thru to the end…

I get these every weekend. I go to the gym first thing in the morning on weekends, and get what I refer to as my "workout headache". It actually does not go away even if I take a Motrin or Tylenol. It's not a pounding headache, more just kind lingers and annoys. I took boot camp classes last few months and we learned a lot…

Boot camp, solid 60 minutes, still feeling it ten hours later.

You look marvelous! ( I know I am dating myself). Congrats! I reado somewhere on this website, even if you don't have the motivation to work out, make sure you still have the commitment to work out anyways. I remind myself of that whenever I don't really want to excercise.

There is a huge difference, you are smaller over all and your waist has shrunk! Celebrate your loss and don't stop! Great start!!

Nothing yet, it's only 7:30 but I will be having yogurt, granola and a banana.

What does NSV stand for/ ( I know stupid question, but if I dont' know, I don't know),

I am like that too. Really good at work and by the time I get home I am really hungry and tempted to grab anything. What works for me is to have my dinner as soon as I get home. Then I don't anything for the rest of the night. Otherwise I keep grabbing things to hold me until dinner and by then my caloric total is blown…

I am not from the USA but live just across the border and frequently go south for shopping. One thing I have noticed that totally astrounds me is the size of the servings in the restaurants! I believe this is one of the main reasons contributing to obesity. So often two of us share a dish as there is no way one person can…

I am 46, from British Columbia, Canada. Feel free to add me. You can never have too many friends!

Congratulations! I am sharing your goofy smile.

You are 40 lbs closer to you goal than you were a few months ago! Focus on what you have lost, not what you haven't lost YET! We gotta chip away at it a pound at a time. It didn't pile on all in one shot, it's not gonna fall off all in one shot but it WILL fall off. Now get out of the covers!

All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!

Congrats! You look great. Just out of curiosity, how tall are you?

You look AMAZING! Congrats! Now go out and enjoy looking like that! Can't wait until it's my turn.

I donate regularly, every 56 days. I make the next appt right after I donate. I always hear the radio ads about an urgent need for O negative blood which is my blood type and feel guilty if I don't donate. You never know when you or someone close to you is going to need it. Like they say it's in you to give! Costs me…

Your story could be mine. I am also 5' tall, have three kids and had an overactive thryoid (that's the same as hypothyrodism, right?) I was 95 lbs when I got married in 1990 and was 163lbs when I joined MFP six weeks ago so my journey is just beginning. I am 46 and this is the first weight loss plan that is actually worked…

My daughter and I are on day 9 today. We can totally see the difference in endurance and toning. It' so easy to fit 20 minutes into your day if you are busy. The first day we were OMG, we can't do this. Day 3 was better and each day gets better and easier and you really feel like you accomplished something. We also started…

ENJOY! We loved it when it was in Vancovuer in 2010, not often the kids get a front row seat to such an international event. It brought Canada closer and created a national identity which is still evident two years later.

Count me in!

I am 46 and could probably count on boh hands the number of times I have had my fruity slushy drinks. I have never enjoyed that weird feeling in my head (which my drinking friends call "the buzz"). I used to nurse a drink the whole evening just to avoid people asking why I wasn't drinking. Then a couple of years ago, I had…
