Yes it does! When I began losing weight, I was a 10. Now, I'm at a 9. None of my shoes fit me anymore, which sucks, but it's funny to know that your feet lose weight as well.

Thanks everyone! And yes! I went it to Payless to get my size because all of my shoes have gotten so big and it said I was a 9. My left foot is actually a little bit smaller at a 8.5.

I'm 5'7", 175 pounds and just started wearing size 12. I carry all of my weight in my middle section and I have fairly small legs. So it all just depends on what your body type is!

You may just be what is called "skinny fat". Make sure to incorporate strength training with your cardio. Also, like others recommended Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is the video to go to when you're wanting to tone and lose inches.

I always get the juevos rancheros when I go. It's egg and ranchero sauce, which I believe is just a tomato sauce. And then it comes with beans and rice. I usually can only get through half a portion, and without the tortillas, it's around 600 calories. Which isn't too bad at all!

I'm such a zumba addict. It's honestly the only workout I do. I go 3-4 times a week and always switch up my instructors so I'm doing different dances. Weight and build honestly don't matter to me. Though, I've always liked guys that were lean with a little muscle but not too much, I could totally go for just a skinny guy, chubby guy, ripped, whatever. I just like all types of men :)

I've done both the classes and the Wii game. Though the classes are a whole lot better. I've seen results from both and have lost 40 pounds so far :)

Me! I've lost 37 pounds thanks to zumba :) I've never been one for the machines at the gym so zumba is perfect for me. And to make sure I'm mixing up my workout, I make sure to go to different instructors and take different classes, like zumba toning.

the first thing i'm going to do is head over to the tattoo shop and get a sparrow hip tattoo i've always wanted and then get my belly button pierced. then i'm going to buy a two piece. my first two piece ever :)
