As the others has said, try eating a little more. For me, I lost 4lbs the first week, then I didn't lose any weight for another two weeks, then the same happened again. I didn't lose any weight for almost a month, but don't give up, it's tough I know, but it'll be worth it.

I used to do this too, so I know how you're feeling. I often find that if I brush my teeth, I don't want to spoil my nicely brushed teeth with food. Of course, I sometimes get genuinely hungry at night, and some research says you shouldn't eat after a certain time, but if you're really hungry, it's better to eat. Have you…
