Restarting!
I did No Chocolate November and did really well and finished it. But I'm going off it again, I felt so much better without it and was able to eat more because I didn't have all those "chocolate calories". Anyone else want to join me? I'm starting 1st January (:

Progress/Thoughts
Day One is almost over for me and it's been great. My Granny offered me a small chocolate bar and I declined, telling her I was off chocolate for the month. I hope every other day is like this. How is everyone else getting on so far?
