A question about Muesli

Options
So I was shopping the other day and I wanted to eat something healthier for breakfast. I came across muesli but I read online that it's not that healthy for you. I looked at the daily recommended amounts (for the average person) and a serving was something like 10g of sugar. Obviously that is very high but here's my question; is the sugar high because of the natural sugars from the raisins and other fruit or is it high because a lot of rubbish has been added to the cereal?

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it (:
