Hello everyone! My goal for tomorrow will be one hour of walking. We are having a few days of nice weather before it gets hot again so I think I can fit in an hour tomorrow.

I think which ever way is easier for you to track is fine. As smirf1972 said, you can track your time with the MFP app, which is really easy and convenient. A lot of people use a Fitbit, which I believe tracks steps. I need to get one of those!

Great job, ogmomma2012! I am really impressed - you work, have a little one and still managed to walk, nice job! It is SO HOT here I haven't been able to walk as much as I'd like. I'm hoping it cools off later this week so I can walk more.

I was able to walk for one hour yesterday so I made my goal! Today I am hoping for 45 minutes. Have a great day all!

Wow, 20,000 steps! I am really impressed. Enjoy your fall weather, it sounds lovely. It is still in the high 90's here in Southern California and I am tired of it :)

Congrats on your progress, Jmetz09! I don't track mileage, I just set a goal to walk at least 30 minutes a day, if not 60 minutes. When I walk, I try to walk fast enough that I am breathing heavy and would be unable to carry a conversation (If I can hold a conversation with someone, I'm not walking fast enough).
