For KETO, you can include veggies & salads. Only those who are ZC....zero carb eat none or eat very few vegetables. If you are monitoring your portion size, those foods and low carb veggies will satisfy some of the concerns your wife might have.

Yes.....go LC no sugar or white carbs for one month, you can always drop this woe. I'm LCHF because the high fat reduces cravings. Some ppl can not handle processed foods, give it a try ---- Good Luck

If you're going to try to track perfectly....add in extra calories to your total. The general rule of thumb is that ppl underestimate the actual caloric/macro values. No i don't weigh or measure......instead i just stay away from simple carbs and eat only complex carbs.

Just searched for "BAIBA" and found this thread, wondering if anyone here at LcHf has tried using the amino acid baiba and if yes, how is it taken? Right now it's sold on Amazon and some consider it a worthwhile supplement. ( yes, aware I'm asking one year later)

You need a carb number in grams, but my guess is under 100 per day for a start. Put your health first and you'll find it easy to stay at or under 100 grams per day. Good Luck :)

My Bulletproof is HWC, Kerry Gold Butter and dark chocolate Stevia (liquid drops). Sometimes I add a tsp of Trader Joe's cocoa, it doesn't alter the macros.....use this in reg or decaf- so yummy.

@Agefyter I'm up maybe the same, some of my dresses are tighter. It's really yucky how easily the pounds return. Hard to believe that one has to eat 3,500 calories to gain only one pound.
