  • Hi Stacey! I have been swimming 5 times in the last two weeks..I feel so energized yet tired when I am done! I have lost 5 lbs so far. I haven't measured my waist but I am on the last hole in my belt for the first time in 6 months so I think that it is working! :-) Betsy

  • At this point, yes. I have joined a community pool and am swimming there. I heard that they have a small gym there but I haven't checked it out yet. Also, trying to find the time to go to the gym AND swim would be a bit too much for my life at the moment.. Any suggestions?
  • I color treat my hair and haven't had any problem as long as I wash it fairly quickly after swimming..I use the swim cap, though, to help decrease the drag and keep my hair out of my face.. :wink:
  • :smile: I have been twice as well! I love how I feel at the end of the workout..just tired enough that I can feel I did something but not completely wiped out like I did after using the treadmill..
