lol no, to lose wight, you just have to create like a 500 cal deficit...this site tells you what you need to eat to lose that 2lbs per week..including your activities........but the body is a weird thing.......I've been plateauing and I've been working out like crazy.

i don't plan meals...but it's been a great tool for some. Fresh veggies and fruit area always better, but I've used canned green beans and corn. Also some jarred/canned fruits.

Girl...I was so p*ssed..im barely off of mine and I haven't lost another D#mn pound! :( I honestly stayed within my calories..and I did great, I think. Are you eating enough calories? If you're exercising regularly.....you might need to eat a bit more....def. not under 1200 calories. Also...Try to kick your body into confusion...do intervals on the bike or treadmill, elliptical or arc trainer...go really fast for 20 seconds, then slow it down to normal for 2 minutes, then…

I have never had a problem conceiving...well i wasn't as heavy as I am now...prob. about 50lbs less...with my last 2 pregnancies.

My class had great music...a lot of latin music and some hip-hop. It was my first class and I could barely keep up...however, i know in time, I will speed it up and get the moves down :)

I don't know why one would do that to themselves lol....Just don't do it. It'll make you depressed for absolutely NO REASON. Weigh yourself every few days, if you can resist the scale and do it in the mornings with minimal clothing.

Eating throughout the day...3 meals and up to 3 snacks..never feeling starved...and eating meals with a lot of fiber...and lots of water at least 8 glasses+

I haven't looked at your diary, but I can however tell you from personal experience...when i went from eating 1400 calories to 1000 calories to try and "lose more weight" a year or so ago....I hit a plateau and I wasn't losing any weight. I read "Fitness" magazine and found out that it could be that im eating too little.…

Very true! I weigh myself 1x a week.....or really TRY to. Weight fluctuates. I've read to do it every week, at the same time, in the morning..either in your b.day suit or with something really light on.
