This was one of the dumbest decisions. I've been with MFP since it started. I got to meet & cheer on people on here. Now I can't. What's the purpose of this app.? You took away the fun.. the encouragement, the interactions with the people we chose to become friends with. Sad... you're going to lose a lot of people.

I use THE MFP macro tool ;5% fat, 20% protein, 75% fat. That's all I go by.

Everyone is different. There's people that'll lose over 20 in a month, some under that, so don't try to compare...just focus in you. I'm 45 pounds down now and it's taken me a while. About 3.5 months. I lost the most weight in a shorter period of time when I first started. I had lost 20 in about 5 weeks, I believe.…

Well... I've hit several walls and I'm 3 months in. You just have to stay strong and maybe tweak some things in your eating/activity...it can be VERY frustrating. -_- toy can see the vitimines I take under the vitamin post.

Also...i get my more of my fats from the coconut oil..i only add butter-kerryGold to my bulletproof coffee....i have yet to add it to my foods.

I'm honestly not sure? I'd say if anything up your carbs a little more that day so you're able to? From what I've read...you don't always have to be in ketosis to lose weight?

Hm...well i had the headaches, dizzy spells and not feeling well over all a week or so in. Not sure if that was part of the "flu"...but i continued to work and what not.

WELL....I'm going to say...if you're losing weight with just the eating on keto...keep the workouts to strength training and or low impact, unless you're going to eat enough to support a high impact/intense workout.
