Ummm...take a look at what you're eating. Maybe zigzag your diet. Eat 1700 one day, 1400 the next. Drink more water, increase your workouts, workout less....i hit a plateau strewn i started working out. So maybe do a not so intense workout. Maybe some strength training. See If in a cpl days that helps.

I think it depends on what works for you. You could zig zag your calories 1200 one day 1500 the next..combined with working out and see where that gets you. I've noticed I do better with at least 1600 calories combined with working out for an hour, but not using up the extra calories that the workout gave me. GL! (:

TY..i'm healing good...i was basically off stairs and did next to nothing, but BF'd my baby for the first 2 weeks..walk to the bathroom and to bed..that's about it...my hubby cooked, cleaned..and he took off 2.5 weeks of work to do so :) i have BF'd before..am a mother of 4...just hoping that when i get in the gym my milk…

im almost 4 weeks post-partum and im 20 lbs less than when i 1st got pregnant (by the middle of my 2nd week post-partum)! it's pretty exciting stuff. I haven't been doing anything, but drinking lots of water and bfing :)

U came back & that's all that matters...I'm here for u...we can all do this with determination. I will be back on it fully after I have my baby... We got this cuz we need to be healthier women for ourselves and our families. Lifes not as fun as it should be when ur unhappy! Note me if u need to chat.

Well my first thought are go outside & get a workout. U can't use that exercise....like aerobics will upset the downstairs neighbors as an excuse...soo I say go outside if it would bug u that much to know they'd b bothered by it. Start walking and maybe add some other things like pushups or sprints along the way...GL

Ok well this pregnancy, I had signs DAYS after conception LITERALLY! Tried to drink a beer & felt sick to my stomach...then had a damn headache for like 4-5 days straight! If ur gonna test early buy the 25pgk preg strips off amazon...like 6bucks...I testes a very faint positive 7 days !4 my period. GL! :)

U got most of mine...but I look forward to taking a nice, RELAXING hot bath...then when letting the water out...half of it doesn't stay behind me, cuz my big *kitten* is blocking the water from draining! :'/ and I look forward to peoples faces when they see me smaller :)
