For example, I have a colleague who brings in doughnuts and always offers around... Ive…

  • Thanks guys, youve been a great help :) Will be strapping up, Making sure my trainers are 'fit for purpose', padding the floor, and modifying when needed.... If this still fails, then as jeremy said, I'll drop the 60 days and do the odd video each week :) All your comments are much apreciated :)
  • Many Thanks for the advice... I have some of those puzzle mats lying around.. Ill give that a try :)
  • I didnt go to see the doc (Maybe I should have in hindsight). I believe it was the Power Jacks that caused the issue (They say to land softly on the exercise, when I get tired my body doesnt know the meaning of softly lol) I dont really want to miss them out of the exercise as I actually enjoy doing them, but if I cant…
  • Anywhere you get it would change with the weghtloss. My recommendantion would be to wait till your closer to your goal (then not only will it affect the tat less, but it could also be the treat to congratulate yourself :) ) Good luck with your journey xxx

  • When you log one of your meals (in your diary as youve eaten it) any of your friends can click on your dairy and copy your meal into their own diary for the day (they can then add it to their own saved meals) Hope this helps :)

  • My Month 1, Day 1 consisted of: Pulling my calf muscles in the WARM UP :embarassed: then continuing through the Fit Test and finding the following day that my calfs REFUSED to move and my Inner Thighs (right in the hip joints) were VERY unhappy with me.... ... Now is probably a good time to mention that I ride a…

  • Hiya, I dont recognise the term '3rd shifter'? but im assuming its the night shift when you work 8 hours at a time (please correct me if im wrong) I am a shift worker, I work 12 hour shifts (days and nights) on a 4 day rotating shift pattern (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off etc) I feel for you with the whole 'eat whatever…

  • When these guys say your diary is not open, they mean its not set up for public viewing... Most posters can help you more effectively if they can view what you have logged... Thats how they helped me to begin on my journey xxx Hope this helps xxx

  • Oh, Yeah!!!! :glasses:
  • When I first started MFP told me 1200 also... I wouldnt recommend it. A am currently: 5"5' 148lbs and eating approximately 1500 cals per day. The larger you are the more cals your body requires to run.. so you will need to work out how many cals are best for you. For the first few weeks, im afraid its a little bit of trial…
