about 3 or 4 weeks old?

5'5 currently 162 want to get down to 145 and eventually the 130 mark such a long process :'( any really good tips welcome!!

I drink vodka lime and soda. Sometimes wine, although it's wasted calories and sugar - it tastes good.. I'd say try soda water and lime if you're not drinking alcohol.

Mines usually robinsons and I don't have it too strong. See I was drinking black coffee then I saw a video on lean secrets saying that coffee can make it harder to lose weight !!

Thanks guys - all great ideas! Not a fan of the sandwich idea, just because it never tastes as good when brought from home. Definately going to cook up veggies the night before, and have with any cold meats, tuna, or eggs in the house! (I'll just have to take a bigger bag to carry the tuppaware haha!)
