Today I tried Danio yoghurt by Danone. Omg guys it's immense!!! Amazing flavour and texture!! Tastes such a treat!! No fat, high protein! Way to go :D so happy !!

Songs with dance routines
I'm trying to make a playlist that I can dance to where the songs tell you what moves to do, or there is a well known dance. So far I have: Cha cha slide Saturday night The Macarena 5,6,7,8 Candy Time warp Does anyone have any more that I can add? Want to create a fun workout :)

Re-introduction
