I agree, I sometimes log washing dishes, because I've made the concious effort to do that instead of loading the dishwasher. Or I'll log general tidying if I've done the housework for my mum. My profile is set to sedentary.

When I was at work a couple of years ago (was actually slimmer than now!) and I was serving on the till. A woman decided to make me feel GREAT about myself by saying 'when are you due'. Needless to say I wanted the ground to swallow me up. I did reply 'erm, I'm not?' and she did get a bit flustered.

I make a dressing consisting of low fat Greek yoghurt with spring onions or cucumber, and will add chilli flakes or pepper. Tastes great and you don't feel guilty after :)
