I exercise to tone up and be fit. I wanna be able to run for more than 3 min without feeling that I'm gonna die! Also I like the feling after. You know that kind of high that I did it again!

Maybe you should try something different than chicken? Fish perhaps once a week? I try to eat chicken twice a week, fish once, vegetable dishes twice, legumes twice and a day with carbs once. For lunch that is.

Hi! First of all great progress! I know it's quite frustrating when you hit a plateu but you have to just stick with it. Maybe you should alternate cardio with strength training?
