I'm kinda lucky in that respect, my MLS program is mostly female, out of 32 people, only 3 are male. Seems the females are in the medical sciences instead of industry!

i am proud that i got up early and did some exercise this morning! Albiet, it was only 10 minutes cuz i wasted 15 minutes getting everything set up (turn the tv on, but on the gym shoes etc.) but 10 minutes is better than nothing AND i did work up a sweat!

Not really sure where MFP get's their daily allowance recommendation but the USDA says that the daily allowance for sodium is 2400mg, so right around MFP levels.
