  • For a fun & effective exercise DVD I would recommend Turbo Jam. It is pretty cheap on the beachbody site or you can find it used on Amazon or Ebay since it is an older one. It is dancy and fun in my opinion.

My first one was bought in 2010 when it was still the original brand & it lasted for 3.5 years with almost daily wear. Finally died so I bought a new one last year under the new Jawbone brand…

  • I am on week 5 of PiYo and I love it! I do feel it needs more cardio especially the first 3 weeks though. I have been adding in a few days of extra cardio for the past couple weeks. So far I have lost 13 pounds. Definitely have gained strength in my core, more pushups, and flexibility.
  • I just finished my 3rd week of PiYo today. I think it is the perfect addition for a runner. I love it!
  • One of my favorite morning snacks is PB2 chocolate with slices of apples. 100 calorie snack and it is so delicious!
