Booze, any and all! I log it so I can see how bad it is..that usually helps me keep it "under control". -meaning fitting my caloric intake for the day.

I also had a really high reading with my Sportline. I decided to invest in a Polar FT7. BEST decision. Cake to set up and use and the burns I believe are way more accurate.

MFP does set it pretty low. Mine is currently set to 30/35/35. As soon as I started paying attention to getting more protein in my diet, body fat started decreasing, and the muscles I knew where there, finally came out to play.

I put on a skirt yesterday, I haven't worn since last year. It was no longer skin tight, but too big. :D Things like this help me realize that all the hard work I am doing is worth it. Even with the scale not moving.

I keep mine in my bedroom bathroom area. Having the mirror makes sure for good body mechanics while lifting. Up against the wall when not using for my heavier ones and for the lighter ones on a shelf thing with four different levels. It was a hand me down. Look for something like that maybe at yard sales or second hand…

I hate that my booty is not what it used to be. But my husband still loves it and says it is just a smaller version.
